On Friday May 3, women around the world will get on their motorcycles and ride in celebration of International Female Ride Day. Now in its seventh year, the concept was initiated by Vicki Gray of Motoress, a Toronto based organization that “Connects Women with Motorcycling” through its global online community and magazine. The day is designed to bring awareness to the fact that female riders comprise an escalating segment of the motorcycling community – not only a hobby but something women incorporate into their every day lives. Women enthusiastically prepare to ride and unite around the world on this synchronized day.
Canadian Kawasaki Motors is a proud participant of International Female Ride Day and we are glad to represent female riders in Canada and across the globe.
