Available Position: Technical Service Support

Job Description

Located at our Toronto head office, the Technical Service Support is responsible for technical support for authorized Kawasaki dealers across Canada. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:

  • - Dealers technical support inquiry
  • - Technical training
  • - Work shop organization and planning
  • - Marketing technical support (Press fleet, special events)
  • - Customers service technical support
  • - Factory reporting/communications
  • - Technical administration and publications
 

 Minimum Skills

  • - 5 years experience as a powersports technician or service advisor
  • - Provincial or equivalent powersports / motorcycle diploma or training
  • - Must possess exceptional technical skills relating to the motorcycle/ATV/RUV/UV/PWC industry
  • - Possess an outgoing, positive personality relating to consumer relations
  • - Self-starter, able to work unassisted and within group projects
  • - Possesses a valid motorcycle driver’s license
  • - Motorcycle mechanics license is an asset
