Successful Kawasaki debut for Brady Sheren

April 13, 2007

April 8, 2007 Mission, B.C. Provincial Championships Round 1
Round 1 of the BC Provincial Championship Series was held at the Mission Raceways track under cloudy skies and mild temperatures. The track was rough and choppy, and a large turnout of riders showed up.

Brady is happy to be back to his roots at Kawasaki, and after spending the past month in SoCal riding and training almost every day, returned to Canada prepared to win. And win he did, in convincing fashion. Brady raced his Holeshot Racing, Pro Circuit, Denny's, Fly, 661 sponsored Kawasaki KX250F and KX450F to overall wins in all three classes that he entered, dominating the field in every moto. He won the 250F Pro, 450F Pro, and GP Pro by almost 20 seconds in 5 out of the 6 motos. The motos started out at only 15 mins, but due to a couple of injury delays, had to be cut down to only 12 mins in the second set of motos. Suzuki's National # 14 Milo Christie was second in 450F Pro, and Honda's Lee Coutts was second in 250F Pro.

It was awesome to see Brady put his SX skills to good use on the tricky tabletop section, where he was the only rider that could jump from the face of the first tabletop on to the top of the second one, then step off all the way onto the top of the third one.No other rider even attempted it, and Brady did it consistently every lap.

Next up for Brady is the Seattle SX, then immediately after the race he will race Round 2 of the BC Provincials the next day in Agassiz, B.C. Thanks to the rest of Bradys sponsors for the great support, Enjoy graphics, Maxima, Pirelli, Scott USA, Orthoflex, Gaerne, Sunline, Ogio, Mechanix Wear, and DC.
