May 22, 2008

Team Équipe les Chutes Dubéracing is proud to announced the addition of a new team member in the person of Cristian Huidobro. Cristian is a 19 years old boy from Santiago Chile. He his knows on his country for being constantly on the podium on the national circuit and also to be a good endurocross rider. Last years he did an impressive 12th place at the famous 6 Days Mondial endurocross. His good results started at an early age, he was also a national champion in 85cc.

Cristian will be competing in the MX2 class for the entire series. For his first year on the Canadian circuit, we would like Cristian to get used with the Canadian tracks, and we believe a top 5 finished will be an appropriated goal for him. His ethic of hard work and determination should help him to reach his goal. Cristian will be with is mechanic, good friend and translator, Philippe Albretch. Cristian is presently learning English and French.

As for Marco, he his very excited with the addition of Cristian to the team, it's a good training partner. Both riders are training together for 6 weeks now at the Seminole Tribes Motocross facilities in Florida. It is a rough track and the weather is warm like hell! Riding at over 100F, it's a good training. Testing is not finished yet. Marco started to test a bit late this year due to his knee surgery. Marco plans to stop to Gopher Dune Provincial on his way back from Florida. He is going to continue testing over there with Lee Tinkler from Elka Suspension. Everything will be ready for Ste-Julie.

Thanks to all sponsors that make this possible.
