Team Babbitt’s/Monster Energy/AMSOIL Kawasaki Prepares to Take Home the Arenacross Championship

May 6, 2016

The 2016 AMSOIL Arenacross season has been packed with racing action, culminating with the Race to the Championship this weekend in the Orleans Arena of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Babbitt’s/Monster Energy®/AMSOIL Kawasaki team of Gavin Faith, Chris Blose and Jacob Hayes have been a consistent threat for the podium and race wins all season long and are looking to capitalize this weekend with a championship. Faith currently sits atop the standings with an eight-point lead over Blose with Hayes in third, leaving the door open for a one, two, three in the overall championship.

“I’m really excited about Las Vegas this weekend,” said Faith. “The last two weeks of training at the Carmichael farm went really well and I’m feeling good. This weekend I expect myself to do what I’ve been doing all year, get good starts, run up front and stay out of trouble. I have an eight-point lead so as long I’m smart hopefully I can come away with the tittle for my Babbitt’s/Monster Energy/AMSOIL Kawasaki team at the end of the night!”

“I’m looking forward to Las Vegas this Friday night,” said Blose. “I’m eight points down, but it is Las Vegas and anything can happen. I plan on getting out front and hoping a little luck falls my way to get the championship, then I’ll run to the casino to put it all on RED!”

“I just want to go out with a bang and end the final round on a high” said Hayes. “It’s been a tough Race to the Championship for me so I want to get out there and show everyone I’m the fastest guy.”
