Szoke Fastest On National Test Day At Mont-Tremblant

June 1, 2007

Defending Parts Canada Superbike Champion Jordan Szoke got his 2007 Canadian season off to a good start today, the Canadian Kawasaki rider leading both of the Pro practice sessions at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant.

Three time Superbike champ Szoke set the pace in the hour-long Superbike session around the 4.275-KM circuit carved through the hills at the base of Mont-Tremblant, QC with a best lap of 1:45.492 on a ZX-10R superbike.  With the ground still wet (but drying) from an earlier heavy rainfall, the Superbike riders were still well off the class lap record of 1:38.930 set in 2004 by Pascal Picotte.
