What does my Kawasaki Preferred Price™ card do? Your Kawasaki Preferred Price gas savings card provides a savings of 20 cents per litre on any grade of gasoline up to a maximum number of litres at participating Petro-Canada retail locations.

How do I use my Kawasaki Preferred Price card? Using the card is simple. If you have a PETRO-POINTS card, insert it first. Then, swipe the Preferred Price card at the pump or present it to the attendant. Complete the transaction with the payment method of your choosing. After completing the transaction, your receipt will show how much you saved and your remaining balance.

When can I start using my card? As soon as your card is activated it can be used. Initial activation of card may take up to 72 hours.

Do I have to use up my card by a certain date? No. There is no expiry date on the Kawasaki Preferred Price card. You can continue to use your card as long as there is a balance remaining.

It has been 72 hours and my card is still inactive. Who do I contact? You can contact a Kawasaki customer service representative to determine whether your Preferred Price card has been activated and contains the correct sales and customer information.

According to the Kawasaki customer service representative my card was activated and the information was accurate. What now? Kawasaki customer service will investigate and get back to you with the status of the card within 72 hours.

How many litres will my card have initially? To determine how many litres your card will have initially, visit our Kawasaki Preferred Price card max-litre calculator. Select your model and calculator will indicate how many litres of fuel your Preferred Price card will be eligible for.

How can I find out how many litres I have left on my card? Your balance will appear on your receipt every time you use your Preferred Price card at a participating Petro-Canada gas station. You can also find out how many litres you have left by asking a Petro-Canada gas station attendant to check your balance for you.

Am I the only person who can use my card? Your card is registered to you but it does not limit its use to specifically your own purchases.

What do I do if my gas savings card is lost or stolen? For balance protection on lost or stolen cards, users need to register online at www.petro-canada.ca/preferred. In the event of a lost or stolen credit card call 1-800-668-0220.

Is there anything I can do with my card once it has run out of litres? Your card may be used again only if Kawasaki reloads it through a promotion or because of specific cardholder behaviour. Otherwise it can be discarded.

I can't seem to find a Petro-Canada station in my area, how can I find one? To locate a Petro-Canada station in your area you can visit their web site petro-canada.ca/en/locations for their station locator. Cardholders residing in Newfoundland can take advantage of North Atlantic Petroleum retail stations, which are set up to accept the Kawasaki Preferred Price card.
